ENERGY BODY MOVEMENT

Get to the heart of you thorough joyful movement. We are all familiar, I think, with the outward focus on 'looks' in today's cultures and societies. There is, of course, much comfort, creativity and excitement that accompanies this outwardly facing life. The whole unboxing movement is one good indicator of this. However, how deep does the connection we have with ourselves go when we break through the wrapping. This workshop with Nishani is about evolving self-awareness and mastery through movement - and for these two days of joyful, expressive and simple practices - we don’t care about the aesthetic or how it looks on the outside. We go within and discover the grace of our deeper, subtler selves in motion. We learn how to switch our energies according to our needs, express and nuture our life forces (chi/prana/breath).

We have a wonderful practice room, formerly part of an ashram that also offers reasonably priced dorm style accommodation, communal areas and kitchen. The practice room itself is a light large, comfortable space with underfloor heating during winter whilst the other spaces are centrally heated and dedicated to some quiet time out or conversely making friends with those in the group. 

Vers-Pont-du-Gard is a village in proximity to Uzes and Avignon with a weekly local produce market, bakery, convenience store, restaurants and bars. Nature and the river are close by.
