Movement

Take time out to release stress, connect with the body, create harmony and union. Great support if you are currently recovering from or suffering a long term health issue affecting your stress and sleep. Equally good if you're looking for ways to find more balance, have fun and learn some skills. You will come away with tools for you to use in daily life. Groups are small. All levels are welcome, no previous or specific form of movement (or dance) experience is necessary. Workshops can be adapted for more chronique conditions or mobility concerns - please contact Nishani if you have questions.  Conducted in French and English (depending on the group).
