Nishani combines her personal and professional experience of chronic illness to help you take charge of your health and get your life back. Suitable for most chronic conditions including (but not limited to) :

There is no typical session - it starts with talking and we proceed from there, together. I call it mentoring because this is an exploration by you for you, increasing your self-awareness & helping you to move back into balance. Nishani also works with like-minded colleagues and can refer you if a specific method needed to support you.
As you may have gathered, this method. requires you to be fully engaged in the process. You may have to test yourself physically, mentally and emotionally and make some key lifestyle changes and decisions. The mentoring contributes but does not replace professional medically-trained practitioners.
