During this workshop you will explore ways to restore and renew your well-being using a variety of simple movement, meditation, massage and contemplative practices which Nishani will guide you through.

The venue, formerly part of an ashram, has reasonably priced dorm style accommodation, communal areas and kitchen. The practice room is comfortable, spacious, carpeted, light large space with underfloor heating during winter.

Vers-Pont-du-Gard is a village in proximity to Uzes and Avignon with a weekly local produce market, bakery, convenience store, restaurants and bars. Walking paths in nature and the river are close by.
